Please make informed decisions to prevent unnecessary attempts made by organisations or individuals to contact people who are unavailable. If you can get in touch with an organisation in need directly, do not sign up to the list.
The organisers ask the translators/interpreters to send their request to cross their names off the list, if their availability changes. You can always sign up again.

My entry in the list means that I agree to have my personal data, provided in the form, processed.
I understand that my data is collected in order to make it available to organisations and individuals who need translation/interpreting support in connection with the armed crisis in Ukraine and assistance provided to refugees.
I understand that my data, except my full name, will be made available on the public list of volunteers and I express my consent thereto.
I understand that the list is provided as part of a joint crisis action of translation organisations that act jointly as data controllers. The organisations are listed in the Contact section.
The data controller has no influence on the further processing of data and its use by organisations and persons in need. I am aware thereof and will not make any claims against the data controller in this matter.
The data will be stored for the duration of armed crisis and the period of assistance immediately following this crisis.
The recipients of personal data will include organisations and persons who need the support of translators/interpreters in connection with the armed crisis in Ukraine and assistance provided to refugees. The data may be made available to a third country or an international organisation.
I understand that I have the right to consult and rectify the data, object to the processing of my data, and erase the data. Information in this matter can be sent by e-mail to the following address: pomoc@tlumaczedlaukrainy.pl
I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was conducted based on the consent before its withdrawal. Any complaints regarding data processing can be lodged to the Polish GDPR authority, UODO (https://www.uodo.gov.pl/).
